Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing channels, including social media, Google Ads, email campaigns, content marketing, and website optimization.
- Create engaging social media posts, blog articles, and other content to attract and engage our target audience.
- Design and develop marketing materials, including ads, banners, infographics, and landing pages, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and virtual conferences to showcase our products and services to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and targets.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform marketing strategy and positioning.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed for marketing-related activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product expansion and market growth.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights based on customer feedback and market research.
- Manage the company's branding and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Monitor and manage online reputation and customer reviews on various platforms.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop sales collateral and support materials, including presentations, case studies, and sales scripts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in the fintech or technology industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, Google Analytics, email marketing software, and content management systems.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for creating marketing materials and visual content.
- Experience planning and executing marketing events, webinars, and virtual conferences is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing performance.
