Head of Marketing
The Head of Marketing is a senior executive responsible for developing and executing
marketing strategies to promote properties, generate leads, and drive sales. This role is critical
for real estate companies as it involves creating brand awareness, attracting potential buyers or
renters, and ensuring that properties are effectively marketed to the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive
marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This includes
defining target markets, identifying competitive advantages, and setting clear
marketing objectives.
2. Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's
brand identity. Ensure that the brand's image is consistent across all marketing
materials and campaigns.
3. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management,
search engine optimization (SEO), payperclick advertising, email marketing, and
social media marketing.
4. Advertising and Promotion: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, both online
and offline, to showcase properties, attract potential clients, and increase brand
visibility.
5. Content Creation: Develop highquality content for marketing materials such as
brochures, flyers, websites, and social media platforms. This may include property
descriptions, photos, videos, and virtual tours.
6. Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture
leads through various marketing channels, including website forms, email
campaigns, and events.
7. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends,
opportunities, and customer preferences. Use this data to refine marketing
strategies and target demographics effectively.
8. Budget Management: Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that
resources are allocated efficiently to achieve marketing goals.
9. Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a marketing team, including marketing
managers, graphic designers, content creators, and other professionals. Provide
guidance, set performance goals, and foster a collaborative work environment.
10. Performance Analysis: Regularly measure and evaluate the effectiveness of
marketing campaigns and initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs). Adjust
strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
11. Partnerships and Relationships: Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers,
developers, and other stakeholders to create partnerships and enhance the
company's market presence.
12. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to relevant
laws and regulations governing the real estate industry and advertising
13. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to manage client
relationships and track leads throughout the sales process. Analysis of prospect
behaviour and retargeting.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of Real Estate Marketing experience in the UAE.
2. Proven track record in the UAE property industry
3. Wellspoken and written English communication skills are mandatory. Arabic and
other languages are preferred.
4. Has strong knowledge of UAE and other international markets, UAE developers,
competitors,
5. projects, and real estate regulations and laws.
6. Relevant Bachelor's or master's in Marketing/ Sales/ Business Administration or
similar.
The Head of Marketing in real estate plays a vital role in attracting potential buyers, enhancing
the company's reputation, and ultimately driving property sales. This position requires a strong
understanding of the UAE real estate market, excellent communication skills, creativity, and the
ability to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer preferences.
