The Marketing Manager is a brand advocate for Radiometers product portfolio in terms of brand strategies with lead generating tools and initiatives and responsible for projects covering all product areas and must know the difference between a feature, a benefit, and a value proposition for a product. In addition, to develop and execute global campaigns to drive lead generation, the Marketing Manager will support the local campaigns, with the aim to reduce time-to-market and speed up the implementation.
This position is part of the Marketing function located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will be working in a hybrid work set-up. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead the marketing and product management function by collaborating with the sales team to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and assessment to identify new opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends.
Transform Voice of Customer (VOC), product features and benefits into world-class marketing campaigns including digital marketing by identifying the customer buyers journey and key target audiences.
Proactively design, plan and execute initiatives to support demand through leads generation and a funnel-based approach that ultimately results in revenue growth. Monitor campaign performance to ensure campaigns deliver SQLs according to plan.
Measure customer excellence through customer satisfaction survey.
Build strong network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) & reference sites to support products in healthcare setting.
Actively represent Radiometer at key local events such as Trade Shows, Conference, Symposium, Seminars, Webinars.
The essential requirements of the job include:
University graduation in Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Technology, Health Science, Biochemistry, or equivalent qualification with a strong preference for additional business qualification or MBA with specialization in Marketing.
10+ years of marketing experience preferably in the medical device industry with atleast 3 years proven experience in leading a team.
Must have excellent communication, presentation skills and the ability to deliver complex information in a simplified manner to various stakeholders & market segment.
Experience with MS Office, QlikView, Miro, Marketing Automation Tools, and CRM.
Travel: Upto 25%.
