Key responsibilities will include:
- Client service and manage the relationship and marketing deliverables between UAE RESI Marketing, UAE clients and UAE RESI Sales teams (Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah)
- Deliver marketing strategy, in line with UAE clients requests to promote their UAE RESI products in ME
- Setup, measure and report on UAE RESI marketing campaigns, in coordination with the ME Digital Marketing and CRM leads
- Create and manage all UAE RESI digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to; landing page, microsite, campaign journey, KPIs, analytics, budget, SEM, SEO and programmatic ads, in coordination with the ME Digital Marketing and CRM leads
- Repurpose UAE RESI clients assets, developing PR and social media content in alignment with the ME Corporate Marketing and Social Media team
- Define and report on UAE RESI brand campaigns with agreed KPIs in coordination with the ME Corporate Marketing team
- Manage and execute UAE RESI clients events and bespoke activities across ME
- Ensure Marketing Generated Leads (MGL) are managed, customer records are always up to date, and UAE RESI Sales Agents are reporting on lead status in coordination with the UAE RESI Sales Heads, CRM lead/Sales Admin and Call Centre team
- Develop suitable content and collaterals to promote the team, brand and specific properties and projects, coordinating with external agencies and resources where relevant, as well as internal design and content leads
- Ensure UAE RESI Sales Agents are constantly updating and maximizing the use of in-house CRM tools such as but not limited to Goyzer and external listing portals
- Work with RESI Marketing teams around the group, extract best practices and initiatives that further enhance UAE RESI Marketing processes & procedures
- In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have:
- of 5-year experience in Real Estate Marketing
- Experience in working with large cross-functional real estate professional service firm and/or global prime real estate agency
- Track record of developing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns achieving high ROI, on time and within budget
- Experience in using a combination of data and creative judgement to inform planning and tactical decision making
- Strong project management and delivering execution excellence
- Expertise in developing paid acquisition channel strategies for growth with a data-focused approach
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, a track record of distilling actionable insights from data
- An adaptable and flexible style of collaborating and communicating with key stakeholders
- The ability to think conceptually and write a clear creative brief that inspires our design team to produce materials that will appeal to the client
