we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and drive impactful campaigns for our clients in Egypt and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to meet company goals and client objectives.
- Lead a team of marketing specialists in executing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI while staying within budget constraints.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, and development) to ensure cohesive messaging and high-impact marketing materials.
- Track and measure campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights on key metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement) to senior management and clients.
- Brand management oversee the development, positioning, and consistency of the brand image across all marketing channels.
- Optimize marketing efforts by analyzing data and adjusting strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for sales teams.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, tools, and technologies, integrating best practices into the marketing strategy.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure long-term collaboration and business growth.
Qualifications:- MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a must.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Extensive experience with digital marketing tools, platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, content marketing, etc.), and analytics platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Leadership and team management experience able to motivate and guide a diverse marketing team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and interact with clients at all levels.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
