Job Description
Job Purpose: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The role includes managing and coordinating marketing activities, leading a team, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with the company's objectives and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals.
Identify target markets and key segments, and develop plans to reach them effectively.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, including websites, brochures, social media, and email campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Track spending and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the company s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Protect the brand s integrity through adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (sales, product development, customer service) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website management.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Event Management:
Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Ensure events are executed flawlessly and deliver a high return on investment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools).
