What you will do here:
- Optimize Marketing Channels: Manage and enhance all marketing channels, including call centers, websites, social media platforms, and other digital and offline mediums.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Serve as the public face of the company on social media and during stakeholder interactions, maintaining a strong, positive presence.
- Lead Marketing Team: Inspire and direct a team of marketing professionals, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and achieve the highest ROI for lead generation and revenue.
- Event Management: Oversee the company's presence in events, both online and face-to-face, to increase brand awareness and attract users to our programs.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Map out the product lifecycle and necessary actions for each product based on its maturity stage.
- Digital & Offline Marketing: Utilize both digital channels and face-to-face interventions to market consulting services and training programs.
What you bring:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 8 years of proven experience in managerial roles within marketing or public relations, ideally from an academy or consulting firm.
- Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with a successful track record of increasing brand awareness and lead generation.
