Position Overview:
Working within a multi-functional team, managing and executing strategies for the Brand. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strength in luxury marketing, with sound understanding of the high end consumer, and a strong sense of brand judgement and customer centricity. Responsibilities will include campaigns amplification, in-store marketing, store openings, customer acquisition & retention, events and direct marketing. All marketing activities will include campaign tracking and KPIs analysis.
Essential Duties:
- Drive the luxury marketing strategy across GCC executing flawless plans
- Manage strategic development, execution, and optimization of the luxury business category
- Develop commercial & brand sensitive campaigns engaging with all key stakeholders (Sales, Buying, Planning, CRM, Customer Insights, Media)
- Demonstrate the capability to plan, manage and organise complex & fast-moving marketing campaigns to ensure alignment & communication across all teams & stakeholders
- Advance campaign effectiveness through opportunities driven by relevant insights, reaching the high-end customer and brand goals
- Develop deep insights for senior leadership, employing 360 storytelling with advocacy for strategic optimizations
- Foster strong internal and external relationships, with a continual focus on relationship management and opportunities
- Stay current and knowledgeable on new developments, trends, and technologies in the luxury industry space.
- For all initiatives, ensure resources are in place, budgets are optimized, and projects are managed efficiently and on time.
- Develop strong partnerships within the field and retail store network to foster new ideas and explore new opportunities.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position with a proven success track record.
- Graphic Design Skills are a plus
- Well-versed in all aspects of Marketing, with exceptionally strong brand judgment and a demonstrated understanding of luxury marketing.
- Depth of marketing experience gained in international consumer goods organisations, preferably with some exposure to Fashion/Luxury Retail or Premium brands.
- Outstanding marketing credentials including strategic analysis, brand positioning, communications, with a track record of working on multi-channel brand amplification, including in-store events and digital initiatives.
- Organized, efficient ways of working at all times managing multiple project progress files & trackers.
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills with experience producing content for presentations, mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Comfortable negotiating with third parties to establish marketing partnerships.
- Can demonstrate good interpersonal and influencing skills.
