To oversee the Group's marketing campaigns while coordinating both internally and externally while effectively communicating the organisation's marketing message.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Assist the Marketing Department in launching promotions for the Group and its subsidiaries. Prepare, plan and manage marketing activities to maximise brand promotion within agreed timelines.
- Support the line manager in day-to-day marketing activities. Create marketing campaigns and collaborate with external agencies for effective execution.
- Develop innovative strategies to communicate the organisation's message to new and existing customers. Write engaging copy for press releases and website updates in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of all marketing expenses and prepare campaign performance reports, annual audit reports and documents for award participation.
- Plan and manage marketing events, evaluate their success and the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
- Assist the team in media buying/planning:
- Radio & TV spots
- Outdoor and on-ground activations
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of online communications, including online ads and social media activities:
- Plan, execute and optimise digital ad campaigns in-house (e.g., social media, Google Search & Display, and Apple Search).
- Write keyword-rich copy for the website to enhance Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
- Coordinate with external agencies to meet SEO and digital marketing needs.
- Draft and monitor Google Ads and social media paid promotions regularly.
- Analyze analytics frequently to measure and improve the Group's digital marketing activities.
- Utilise tools such as email and SMS marketing through Customer Relationship Management and external platforms, video content, and Google Analytics to develop a digital marketing strategy to increase the Group's online presence
- Use internal software to display promotional content on branch digital screens and update the website as needed.
- Perform any additional assignments as required by the immediate line of authority.
- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in social media management, influencer marketing and digital campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organisational, project management and communication skills.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
