Marketing Operations Coordinator is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between marketing strategy and
execution. This position requires a blend of technical skills and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collect, clean, and organize marketing and sales data from various sources
- Coordinate the work of the customer service section with the direct manager.
- Coordinate the Merchandising Team's work needs, directions, scheduling, hiring, training and commission schemes
- Execute all logistics and operational plans for the events and activations
- Handle and coordinate the E-shop marketing campaigning, special offerings & loyalty program
- Ensure the proper delivery & installation of POSM as per the brand guidelines, withing the plan decided upon with the sales department (display stands, gondolas, special displays, prints,..etc)
- Handle the work traffic and priorities of the in-house Creative Production Unit
- Coordinate the Market audit and market price scan reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in FMCG marketing operations of 3-5 years
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
