Job Description

General Summary:

To be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing services, including digital marketing, advertising, design, content creation, and agency management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the Marketing Operations team, ensuring the efficient execution of marketing campaigns and services.
  2. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
  3. Manage advertising and design projects, ensuring high-quality and consistent branding.
  4. Supervise content creation and copywriting, maintaining a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
  5. Coordinate with external agencies to manage relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  7. Ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials and adherence to project timelines.
  8. Collaborate with the Marketing Strategies team to align operational activities with strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Guide, and assist employees by direct reports to perform their functional operations efficiently.
  2. Supervise the team's staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
  3. Evaluate employees performance with continuous feedback on their assigned targets.
  4. Comply with communication and information sharing/handling policy to ensure confidentiality of the information and comply with all relevant risk and information security procedures to ensure operating within the acceptable risk levels.
  5. Administer the development and implementation of the function's policies, procedures, and processes covering all areas of the function's activities to ensure the fulfillment of all work requirements.
  6. Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Job Requirements

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred.

Professional Certifications are preferred.

Knowledge and Experience:

4 + years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, content creation, and project management.
