Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to work closely across multiple businesses. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing and executing a wide variety of marketing projects across the business. Youll ensure that all marketing assets, campaigns, and deliverables are up-to-date, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time to relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of marketing projects from concept to completion across various service lines.
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met for all marketing assets, including websites, email campaigns, social media, brochures, flyers etc.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with the wider Marcomms team, including design, PR, digital and events, to ensure alignment and delivery of all assets.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Work closely with our service lines to align marketing efforts with sales goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success.
- Responsible for driving marketing efforts across multiple service lines.
- Understand the role of different marketing channels and deliver solutions that synchronize with the needs of the business.
- Marketing Operations:
- Suggest new ways of working to optimize the teams time and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively for the business
- Work with the wider Marcomms team to continually monitor output, identify potential synergies or initiatives
- Champion innovative problem solving and agile project management methodologies to overcome challenges
- Team Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage the work of internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing deliverables.
- Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of any issues.
- Monitor team workloads and capacity, reallocating resources when necessary to meet deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Regularly update the Acting Head of Marcomms and other internal stakeholders on project progress, blockers, and performance insights.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the real estate or professional services sector in the Middle East, and in a managerial role.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager, ideally in an entrepreneurial or multi-business environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, for a range of internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms, or project management certifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Flexible, adaptable and collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on delivering high-quality work for the business.
- Proactive self-starter with a can-do/go-getter attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of media monitoring software and analytics tools, social media platforms and other marketing tools/software.
- Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal is a must. Fluency in other languages is advantageous.
