Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Public Relations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and PR activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and enhancing the company's public image.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.

- Oversee the company's public relations efforts to ensure a positive public image.

- Create and manage content for marketing materials, social media, and the company website.

- Monitor market trends and competitors activities.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

- Organize and participate in events, conferences, and exhibitions.

- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Marketing & Public Relations Supervisor or similar role.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
