Description:

• Preparing the yearly marketing plan based on supply and demand / competitive market.
• Represent the company to marketing the services and generating the business.
• Research and data gathering information via communication with the shipping lines, on-line sites, daily news, etc.
• Weekly clients visit plan.
• Updating the existed reports. Daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Brainstorm and create new reports based on the commercial / marketing needs.
• Updating the monthly clients forecast report and share it within the department.
• Have good relations/Network / knowledge in local industries.
• Prepare the require documentation PowerPoint/Word/Power BI prior business meetings.
• Gathering clients forecast in a monthly bases.
• Coordinate with other Dep to increase the terminal throughput.
• Monitoring the market trend over all especially with related to our market import export full supply chain.
• Prepare monthly and weekly data report by market section & client.
• Commercial presentation based on clients segmentation.
• Preparing commercial weekly and monthly minutes of meeting.
• Follow up with related Dep for internal report.
• Handling Regular tasks of inquiry from the management and clients.
• flexibility and a talent for negotiation.
• Great attention to detail with resolve to follow through on all tasks.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Excellent team-player mindset with ability to skills and delegate jobs effectively.

Qualification:

• 4 years experience minimum in the same field.
