The Marketing & Social Media Executive is an exciting opportunity on our team and allows for direct, hand-on experience working in events, with influencers, social media, marketing, and branding, while learning about a booming skincare industry. The candidate will be working directly with the leadership team, contributing daily to build CIRCADIA SAMENAS recognition while also expanding on people skills, communication and marketing strategy.
Essential Responsibilities Are As Follows
- Develop and execute content calendar for all social media platforms such as LinkendIn, Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube and emailer campaigns.
- Write compelling captions for posts, incorporating trending hashtags and effective calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Social media monitoring and posting including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business and others - comments and messages need to be monitored within maximum 2-3 hours
- Coordinate logistics for events, including marketing product shipments, assets, and campaign timelines.
- Utilize social media tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Minter for content management and scheduling.
- Prepare and package products for all stakeholders, influencer marketing campaigns and events.
- Undertake all administration of marketing activities including upkeep of Media database Image library as per new naming guidelines.
- Assistance in tracking, ordering and maintaining stock levels of collateral, giveaways and other marketing procurement
- Assist with building data-based list for our distributors, clinics/spas, micro-influencer program including contact information, performance metrics, and past collaborations.
- Identify potential influencer partners and conduct email outreach and fulfillment for influencer sendouts that align with our brand values, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Online campaign measurement and tracking set up campaigns on online influencer platform. Monitor and upload content for reporting/tracking purposes.
- Assist with personalized gifting strategy, sendouts and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in influencer marketing to optimize campaign strategies.
- Prepare and present monthly social media analytics reports, focusing on both competitors and internal brand performance.
- Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge on our product and service offerings.
The Experience We Prefer:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in social media management and/or content creation.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty brands is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media trends.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively rapid environment.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Minter).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt language and messaging for different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
