**Responsibilities:**
- **Develop and execute marketing strategies:** Conduct research on target markets, perform competitor analysis, and create marketing plans to achieve goals such as increasing membership sales or enhancing brand awareness.
- **Supervise content creation:** Produce compelling marketing materials across various channels, including website content, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and print materials (e.g., brochures, flyers).
- **Social media management:** Manage the company's social media presence by creating engaging content, running social media ads, and interacting with followers.
- **Public relations and influencer marketing:** Identify and engage with relevant influencers to generate positive publicity for the company.
- **Campaign management and analytics:** Oversee marketing campaigns from start to finish, monitor their performance through analytics tools, and adjust to optimize results.
- **Collaborate with other departments:** Work closely with sales, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
**Qualifications:**
- 1 year or more of experience in marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in social media marketing tools and content management systems
- Experience with marketing analytics is a plus
