Position Summary:
Were in search of someone with a minimum of at least 2-3 years marketing experience or equivalent with medical device experience or healthcare professional marketing preferred. The candidate must be a highly motivated individual that can make change happen and relies upon using empathy and connection to solve problems. The candidate will focus on the support of delivering and creation of Dexcom materials across consumer, healthcare professionals (HCP), including the translation process where appropriate . The candidate will support MENA Regional Marketing Manager in building brand awareness, creating brand led campaigns and events, working with media agencies, and HCP activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with creative requests and approvals of MENA Marketing Materials
Provides logistical and administrative support during the launch of new product(s) across HCP and Patient s such as: Event Planning and attendance, arranging the distribution of marketing materials, scheduling internal and external meeting and taking minutes.
Support running of Dexcoms agency network and providing requirements.
Communicates with international colleagues on MENA product and brand news via newsletter
Own the MLR (Medical, Legal and Regulatory) review process to ensure compliant, effective and legally approved messaging and placement while maximizing budgeted spend.
Assist in the Dexcom MENA Marketing Matter Management process, MSA/PA and contracts, and vendor management
Coordinates with Finance and monitors if agencies/vendors are paid in a timely manner
Assist in Dexcom MENA weekly and monthly meetings with Business Partners, to help ensure a consistent voice and become one of the Brand ambassadors
Own demo kit requests, production, and delivery as well as sampling program allocation.
Support key MENA events and conferences, including World Diabetes Day and others.
Required Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard. The successful candidate will have:
Bachelors degree in relevant field
Possess a minimum of at least 2-3 years events or marketing experience or equivalent with medical device experience or healthcare professional marketing preferred
Excited to roll-up your sleeves to deliver exceptional quality at speed
Experience working with legal, regulatory and marketing agencies would be advantageous
You will be:
Highly motivated, results-oriented a self-starter who embraces a fast-paced environment and is unfazed working with tight deadlines
A team player, with a strong attention to detail and good presentation skills
A good communicator with the ability to network
Highly organized with exceptional planning and multi-tasking skills
Language Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Arabic
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
