Description:
- Support in the campaign development, implementation, tracking, analysis, and optimisation of their marketing campaigns across all channels
- Improve client loyalty and retention, boost customer lifetime value, provide exceptional customer and brand experiences, gather deeper client insights and data, and stimulate brand advocacy and referrals
- Planning and executing product launches and previews, hosting VIP clientele events for top-tier clients, organising partner events focused on client acquisition through third-party partnerships, and conducting PR events that host journalists and editors
- Good at forming strong alliances and strategic partnerships with key partners to support the brands marketing and business objectives, collaborating with entities in Hospitality & Lifestyle, People of Influence, World of Luxury, Cultural Institutions, and Wealth Management
- Identify and build long-term relationships with influencers, tastemakers, socialites, editors, and influential figures, and leverage these collaborations to effectively promote the brand and reach targeted audiences
- Develop traffic generation strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic to their front door
- Develop a corporate strategic marketing plan along with the sales team, to optimize the corporate/retail customer touchpoints across the brands portfolio
- Manage social media activities by developing and executing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement, creating engaging and informative content tailored to their audience, and ensuring consistent high-quality posts across all platforms
- Channel optimisation through online owned channels (social media, website) ensuring effective SEO and SEM programs
- Create a detailed social media calendar with senior management input for strategic content planning and high-quality production of brand-aligned content across platforms
- Responsible for budget management, through planning and budgetary control of all marketing strategies
- Measure and report the performance of all corporate marketing campaigns
- Identify and analyse trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
Criteria:
- Ability to set clear goals and strategies
- Capable of developing and executing strategic marketing plans
- Skilled in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective messaging to customers and internal teams
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
- Ability to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring that marketing efforts and sales strategies are customer centric
- Degree educated (essential)- a marketing degree would be advantageous
- Marketing experience within the luxury retail or luxury lifestyle sector (essential)
- Must currently reside in the UAE
