Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Riyadh City. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by analyzing customer issues, providing customer support, and communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met. Qualifications: Strong analytical skills to identify and solve customer issues. Excellent customer support skills to provide timely resolution to support requests. Effective communication skills to interact with customers over the phone and via email. Experience in customer service or related fields in a B2B or B2C environment Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment. English and Arabic is preferred.
