Kearney, Marketing Specialist, Dubai office
As the marketing specialist for our Dubai office, you will support and contribute to the regional marketing plan, with a focus on the Middle East. You will be responsible for developing and delivering effective marketing and communication programs in support of building Kearney's brand profile and prestige for key audiences, clients, alumni, recruits, and media.
In this role, you will have exposure to many projects working closely with leaders, offering a great opportunity to grow and develop marketing, communication, and project management skills. As a member of the global marketing and communications team, you will work collaboratively with our in-house global creative, digital marketing, alumni, events, and communications teams. You will also connect with regional marketers across the globe to tailor global programs and content locally.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be curious, proactive, and enjoy working on fast-paced projects, which requires building effective relationships across all levels. The role requires attention to detail, strong writing skills, and thoughtful awareness of marketing trends. You'll be rewarded with exposure to wide-ranging marketing activity through regional and global brand engagement, practice marketing activity, recruitment marketing, alumni, and social impact programs.
Reporting directly to the MEA Marketing Director in Dubai, you will be given the freedom to be yourself along with recognition for what you bring to the table, allowing you make a real impact and be a true Kearney Original.
