The Marketing Specialist will support the Sales and Marketing Manager in executing effective marketing strategies, marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the marketing department. He/She will play a key role in coordinating marketing initiatives, executing marketing plans, and providing insights to enhance marketing performance and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing and implementing marketing plans and strategies
- Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research, surveys, and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Oversee content creation for marketing materials, social media, and the company website
- Organize and oversee company events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Assist in managing SEO, lead generation and other digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze marketing performance data, market research, and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Handles other marketing tasks assigned by Marketing Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and campaign management
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO and social media
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and basic graphic design skills
