As the Marketing specialist (
Arabic speaker)
based out of Qatar from Food and Beverages Industry only will be considered, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that support our F&B business objectives and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across all channels (in-store, online, and mobile).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content, including email campaigns, social media posts, website copy, and promotional materials.
- Manage the marketing budget and track campaign performance to ensure ROI.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, media partners, and other external partners.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends to inform marketing strategy and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Director of Business to develop long-term marketing plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer-facing campaigns.
- Arabic language is required
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
