A Marketing Specialist is accountable for developing and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and promote Rheem for our Dubai location. This role entails identifying target audiences for each brand and crafting marketing campaigns and social media calendars. Marketing Specialists also collaborate with teams like sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. Strong communication, proactivity, and creativity are essential skills for success in this role.
This is a 6-month, potentially extendable contract with an opportunity to go permanent.
As a Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Analyzing campaign performance and metrics to optimize marketing efforts and drive results.
- Managing budgets and timelines for marketing initiatives (including PO creation).
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Contributing to the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Providing regular reports and updates on marketing activities to senior management.
- Assisting the Marketing Manager in events planning and execution.
- Supporting the provision of assets for new product launches.
- Ensuring that the website and MyRheem site are up to date.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to convey ideas and prepare briefs clearly and effectively through written and verbal communication.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and task deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and quality in marketing materials, campaigns, and communications.
- Problem- Solving: Ability to identify challenges and develop solutions to overcome marketing obstacles and achieve goals.
- Arabic is highly preferred.
- Ability to do simple design work (Using illustrator ) is a plus.
- Ability to use excel.
- Either have a freelance VISA or be ability to be payrolled through a third-party vendor.
