Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team at Salla. As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Utilize customer data and insights to segment our customer base effectively. Develop targeted messaging and campaigns tailored to each segment's needs and preferences.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including onboarding sequences, promotional offers, newsletters, and re-engagement efforts. Optimize email performance through A/B testing, personalization, and automation.
Develop and refine customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. Collaborate with teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Design and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value. Leverage data analytics to track customer behavior, identify churn risks, and proactively address customer concerns.
Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts, including social media, paid advertising, and content marketing, to support customer acquisition and retention goals. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across channels.
Monitor and analyze key metrics related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies over time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+years of experience in lifecycle marketing
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing strategies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, marketing automation platforms).
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Knowledge of industry trends, customer behavior patterns, and best practices in lifecycle marketing.
