About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Remarketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Remarketing Specialist, you will develop and execute remarketing strategies to re-engage and convert potential customers. Your efforts will help increase customer retention, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement remarke6ng strategies to recapture previous visitors and boost conversions.
- Set up and manage remarketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), specifically targeting the MENA market.
- Create audience segments based on user behavior and website interaction.
- Collaborate with the content, creative, and product teams to optimize ad creatives and landing pages for remarketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics like CTR, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Develop detailed reports from the campaigns and provide ROI improvements.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and local MENA regulations).
Job Requirements:
- English level is professional
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on remarketing and retargeting.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to work with design teams to create engaging ad creatives and copy for remarketing ads.
- Experience with A/B testing, dynamic ads, and personalized ad campaigns.
- Strong Attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing.
- Google Ads certification or equivalent is a plus.
