The Paid Media Sr. Associate is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing accounts by developing and executing a comprehensive paid media strategy. This role focuses on managing and optimizing digital campaigns across key channels like search, social, display, and video to maximize engagement and lead generation. By leveraging analytics and data-driven insights, the specialist ensures optimal performance and return on investment (ROI) while staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. The role also involves budget management, strategic collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and fostering strong partnerships with vendors to achieve campaign success.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy to drive new business and grow existing accounts
• Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including search, social, display, and video
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand target personas, messaging, and objectives, and use that information to drive lead generation and engagement
• Utilize analytics and data to continuously optimize campaign performance and improve ROI
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and continuously evaluate and recommend new paid media channels and tactics
• Manage and oversee the paid media budget, ensuring that campaigns are optimized to maximize spend and achieve desired results
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure successful campaign execution and optimization
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on B2B technology and SaaS
• Managed over SAR 1M in ad spend per month
• Experience with analytics and optimization, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure campaign success
• Strong understanding of paid media channels, including search, social, display, and video
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
