The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in massage therapy and a strong passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Massage Therapist at Urban G, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality massage treatments and ensuring our clients receive a luxurious and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Exceptional Massage Services: Perform a variety of massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and hot stone massages tailored to client needs.

Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensure all equipment and workstations are sanitized and comply with health and safety regulations.

Customer Interaction: Greet clients warmly, understand their preferences and medical conditions, and provide professional recommendations for massage treatments.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest massage techniques, products, and wellness trends to offer clients the best possible services.

Sales and Upselling: Promote and sell wellness products and additional services to clients, contributing to the salon’s revenue.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other spa professionals to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences for future visits.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in a reputable spa or wellness center.

Skills: Proficiency in various massage techniques with the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs. Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
