Role Purpose:
The Master Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the creation, updating, and maintenance of master data within the Oracle Fusion ERP system. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data for operational and reporting purposes.
Key Accountability Areas:
- Create, update, and maintain master data for items, customers, suppliers, and employees in Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Ensure master data quality by performing regular audits and data cleansing activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand and support their master data needs.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the development and documentation of MDM policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support the implementation of data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with MDM standards.
- Perform data validations, enrichments, and uploads as needed to ensure data integrity.
Knowledge and Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in data management or a related role.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar systems.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other departments.
- Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
