MDM Solution Architect

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MDM Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Informatica MDM solutions, particularly in areas such as Supplier 360, Product 360 (PIM solution), Customer 360, and Reference 360. The role involves leading client discussions, conducting design workshops, collaborating with multiple Accenture and client teams, and overseeing onshore/offshore teams to deliver comprehensive MDM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement and Leadership:

• Lead discussions with clients to understand their MDM requirements and objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert in MDM, providing guidance and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with Accenture and client teams to align MDM solutions with business goals.

1. Solution Design and Workshop Facilitation:

• Conduct design workshops to gather requirements and define MDM solution architectures.
• Develop comprehensive MDM solutions that encompass Supplier 360, Product 360, Customer 360, and Reference 360.
• Design scalable and flexible MDM architectures that meet current and future business needs.

1. Team Collaboration and Management:

• Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to implement MDM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members to foster a culture of excellence.

1. Project Delivery and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure timely delivery of MDM solutions within project timelines and budget constraints.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure the quality of MDM deliverables.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of X years of experience in MDM solution architecture, with a focus on Informatica MDM.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing MDM solutions for complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts and best practices, particularly in Supplier 360, Product 360, Customer 360, and Reference 360.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to lead design workshops, drive collaboration, and mentor team members.
• Experience working in a consulting environment, preferably with Accenture or similar organizations, is highly desirable.
