Job Description
Mechanical Engineer
Monitors all equipment s on production line, makes necessary adjustments and/or repairs to maintain smooth running of production line.
Ensures that production targets are met in respect of efficiency, minimum wastage and operating rates.
Implements the regular preventive maintenance program, recommends any additional needs not included in the preventive maintenance programs.
Anticipates / repairs any defects which may cause production lines stoppage.
Fabricates or repairs parts and fixtures of defectives components.
Prepares reports on any comments or complaints on machine operation.
Submits recommendations to line leader.
Performs additional tasks/modifications on production line, as directed by Production Manager.
Enforces company safety rules and fire regulations, and ensure a clean and safe work area.
Performs any other duties assigned by direct superior.
Ensures application of 3s rules.
Electrical engineer
The Maintenance Electrical Engineer is responsible for the Repair, Maintain and perform scheduled maintenance for machines.
This includes developing new processes, optimizing existing processes, and troubleshooting problems.
The Electrical Engineer must have a strong understanding of electric systems, Automation technologies and control systems.
Responsibilities: Conducting regular inspections and tests of electrical systems and equipment to identify any potential issues or malfunctions Performing preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting electrical components to ensure their optimal performance.
Troubleshooting electrical problems and diagnosing the root cause of failures or breakdowns Repairing or replacing faulty electrical components, wiring, or equipment.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards while performing maintenance tasks.
Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and replacements. Collaborating with other engineers or technicians to plan and execute maintenance schedules or projects. Providing technical support and guidance to other team members or staff regarding electrical systems or equipment.
Staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical maintenance.

Profile:
Electrical Engineer must have:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering degree from an accredited school.
Licensed as a professional engineer.
Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
Proficient in design and calculation software.
Commercial awareness.
Excellent technical skills.
The ability to work well under pressure.

Mechanical Engineer must have:
Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
Working experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE)
Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar)
Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)
Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.
Creativity and analytical skills
Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
Technical writing skills
BSc degree in Engineering
