Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate project design packages, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and related documentation.
• Assess and approve material submittals and shop drawings for Plumbing, Fire-Fighting, and HVAC systems.
• Oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring proper installation and commissioning of systems.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful project execution and adherence to timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
• 3 to 6 years of proven experience in Plumbing, Firefighting, and HVAC systems.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards (International, GCC, and local).
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM software.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
