Job Description
Share with section head in preparing the Preventive maintenance plan (PMP).
Follow up maintenance technicians and supervisors activities.
Follow up the implementation of the PMP.
Repair the mechanical faults.
Follow up the documentations (mechanical daily report and machine history card) is kept up to date.
Monitoring the mechanical spare parts consumption through using the minimum and maximum levels of stock.
Prepare spare parts (mechanical) purchase request.
Monitoring maintenance key performance indicators (KPI) in order to track the plant performance.
Follow up and Repair the mechanical equipment like ( Gearbox , vacuum pump , pistons ,....)
