MECHANICAL FOREMAN- Minimum Qualifications: ITI/ Diploma/ Certification in automation or mechanical engineering
- Minimum Experience: 8 to 10 years in the marine repairs field
Around 8 years relevant experience, 5 of which should be in a lead position.
- Experience in the marine sector in a project execution.
Ability to technically and commercially interpret contracts or Class rule and international standard requirement.- Marine/ Ship repair Safety training.
Must have hands on experience of working on :Main engine/Auxiliary engine, installation, commissioning, troubleshoot & overhaul of 2 stroke and 4 stroke engines,
- Installation, commissioning, troubleshoot & overhaul of auxiliary engine,
Adjustment, timing, firing sequence of engines- Troubleshooting and Overhauling of Valves, pumps, heat exchangers and coolers.
Troubleshooting and overhaul of deck machineries
- Troubleshooting and overhaul of propulsion systems.
Performance management & process improvement skills/experience.
