At RICI, the scope of inspection department is to provide third party vendor inspection services to its clients in the Oil and Gas, Power and Construction sectors. In this respect we are looking for a young, dynamic, qualified, and competent person to execute operational duties in this domain.
Minimum 5 years (Associate Engineers) / Minimum 2 years (B.S Engineers)
Extensive experience of various manufacturing technologies /methodologies used for equipment used in the Oil & Gas Industry. (i.e. PV, Tanks, Valves, Line Pipes)
Extensive knowledge on Welding and Coating Inspections
Working knowledge of NDT techniques
Working Knowledge of Industry Codes and Standards
Working knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards/Specifications/Inspection Requirements
Duties And Responsibilities
Support the company and client business by performing high quality vendor inspections of various materials/equipment at different stages of manufacturing.
Conduct pre-inspection meetings prior to start of fabrication and finalize inspection and test plans
Conduct inspection activities in strict compliance with applicable codes, standards, client specifications and project specification requirements as per ITP scope
Identify and report non-conforming products/activities observed during various stages of inspection.
Timely reporting of inspection results in form of clearly understandable technical inspection reports.
Maintain close coordination with the contractors, clients to ensure effective and efficient execution of work which meeting the customer requirements and expectations.
Support the back office in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of operations.
