Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations of mechanical designs, identifying opportunities for optimization, performance improvement, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the design and construction phases, addressing any mechanical design-related challenges and ensuring timely resolution.
Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in mechanical design and technology, incorporating relevant innovations into project designs.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, mentoring junior designers and engineers to enhance their skills and capabilities in mechanical design.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 12 years in mechanical design for property and building projects, with a focus on complex and high-profile developments.
Proficiency in mechanical design software and tools, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and related applications.
Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and standards in Jeddah, KSA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate design concepts into practical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to project delivery.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are advantageous.
