What's the job
As a Mechanical Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort! You'll lead a team of technicians, diagnose and repair mechanical equipment, with a specific focus on boilers, plumbing systems, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Lifts & Escalators (LE), water treatment systems, air compressors, pool chemical maintenance, and other mechanical areas across the resort.

Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all mechanical equipment, maintaining guest comfort and safety.
Are you the right fit
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing boilers, plumbing systems, STP systems, LE systems, water treatment systems, air compressors, and pool chemical systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
