Mechatronics Design Engineer
Job Purpose
Responsible for producing design and engineering deliverables for Plant design and piping works in Energy EPC projects
Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering deliverables as (Isometric drawings, calculation notes, Pipeline list , Valve lists ,MTO, stress analysis report, and BOQ,..etc) including AS-BUILT drawings and documentation.
- Support procurement, construction and commissioning/start up activities
- Ensure all local codes and compliance criteria are met for each project
- Follow company and engineering department procedures and workflow
- Participate and provide necessary input to build and enrich company's lesson learned and knowledge database
- Pursue any other activities within the job scope assigned by his direct Manager or organization management .
Qualification
- B.Sc. in mechatronics engineering.
- 1-2 years working experience in relevant field
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications
- Ability to interpret most current design codes: NFPA, API,ASME, ISO , EN, etc.
- Working knowledge and ability to use the following engineering tools (AVEVA E3D, Autodesk Plant 3D and CEASER II
- Drafting skills with AutoCAD
- Fluent in English
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Availability to accept assignment on site
- Self-motivated, seeks out new assignments
- Self-discipline and able to manage own daily work allocation.
