Falcon Group of Companies is a leading precision engineering firm in the UAE, seeking an Mechatronics Engineering Manager for the automation division with 12-15 years of experience to join our team.

• Position Overview:

The Mechatronics Engineering Manager with responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of mechatronic systems.

• Key Responsibilities:

· Designing, developing and upgrade electro-mechanical systems.

· Based on site study, creating automated system concept and required software to control them.

· Make concept design and provide customer presentation.

· Developing design documents for mechanical parts and final products will be an added advantage.

· Identifying areas of weakness in the production line or finished products and making recommendations for improvement.

· Understanding problems or client briefs and developing solutions that satisfy them.

· Selecting the required tools and materials for the manufacturing process.

• Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.

Experience: 12-15 years of experience in the related field.Skills: Problem-Solving Skills, Project Management

• Working Conditions:

Six-day working week (Monday-Saturday) from 08:00 am 05:00 pm
