Job Description

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Our client, a premier coaching company, is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through tailored coaching programs. With a focus on personal and professional development, the company provides a range of services designed to help clients achieve their full potential.

They are currently seeking a skilled Media Buyer to join their dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in managing paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, combined with a general understanding of marketing principles and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google and Meta Ad Management: Develop, implement, and optimize ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Campaign Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance results.
  • Ad Strategy: Create and execute effective ad strategies that align with the company's marketing goals.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure ad creatives are engaging and on-brand.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct regular A/B testing to refine ad performance and improve ROI.
  • Platform Familiarity: Maintain a working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and YouTube Ads as a secondary focus.

  • Effective Ad Campaigns: Successfully launch and manage ad campaigns that meet client goals and drive significant results.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven insights and strategic adjustments.
  • Client Satisfaction: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, evidenced by positive feedback and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns.
  • Fluency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Marketing Knowledge: General understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Analytics Proficiency: Familiarity with analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and YouTube Ads is a plus.
