Job Description: The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the ESAAL's products and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals
Plan, negotiate, and purchase digital media inventory, including display, search, social, and programmatic advertising.
Optimize campaigns by monitoring performance, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and platforms to ensure competitive rates and effective campaign delivery (mVAS).
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
* App performance campaigns is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
Excellent analytical skills and tracking experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, Google Tag Manager, Advertising Pixel s, and Conversion APIs)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
