Job Summary

The Operations Manager at Thumbay Media is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving sales and strategic growth within the media department. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, and maintain high standards across all media operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination across production, sales, editorial, and distribution functions.
2. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
3. Budget Management: Oversee departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
4. Quality Control: Maintain high standards across all media content and platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
6. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to track the success of operations, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Master's degree in Mass Communications, Media Management, or related field .

Minimum of 5 years of relevent experience in operations, ideally within the media industry.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
