Media Production Assistant

Description:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Media Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our media production operations, ensuring that all equipment and data management tasks are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Post-Production Management: Efficiently backup all production data to the network, manage the clearing of drives, and ensure that hard drives are securely stored in the office.
Equipment Management: Take charge of all gear logistics, ensuring that all equipment is accounted for, maintained, and ready for use whether it is going out for shoots or coming back into the office.
On-Set Assistance: Serve as a runner during shoots, providing timely and effective support to the production team to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in media production, particularly in equipment handling and data management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
