Talent 360 is hiring Media Production Manager for one of its clients
Job Role Summary:
- Manage the Entire Media Production Process: Oversee all phases of media production from concept to completion.
- Coordinate Teams and Clients: Work closely with creative teams, account managers, and clients to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
- Budget and Timeline Oversight: Handle production budgets and timelines to ensure projects stay on track.
- Freelance Talent Management: Manage and collaborate with freelance photographers, videographers, editors, etc.
- Brand Guidelines: Ensure all productions are aligned with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Efficient Production Workflows: Implement and maintain efficient production processes.
- Industry Trends: Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in media production.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve production challenges creatively and effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure all media productions meet high-quality standards.
Main Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in media production management, preferably in an advertising agency.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of various media formats (video, audio, digital, print).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in media production software and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Beverly, Sheikh Zayed
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM
- Days Off: Friday and Saturday
