We are looking for Sales Managers for our ad-tech client, a position each for Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
Here's what you will do:
- This individual is primarily tasked with ensuring the business develops and grows its relationship across the Middle East Market with the goal of exceeding targets across the region.
- The Sales Manager needs to develop local sales strategies and local marketing strategies with a detailed business plan to grow revenue opportunities from new prospects within the Dubai/Saudi Arabia market.
- This requires actively being out in the market pitching the company to a fresh patch of clients and contributing to the overall revenue generation in the market.
- Understand the value of the company's products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate the company's benefits in a manner meaningful to the customer.
- Continue to develop existing relationships to help increase the profile of the company across the agency group and open doors whilst also working hard to cultivate new senior relationships.
- Work closely with all aspects of the business including operations, publisher development, and marketing to ensure the team is working effectively with each component.
Here's what we're looking for:

- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to foster productive relationships within a cross-functional global team.
- 5 to 7 years of solid selling with expertise and knowledge of the Dubai/Saudi Arabia market.
- Must have extensive video selling experience. Programmatic, data, and CTV are a plus.
- Must have strong selling experience and a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of the digital industry and the latest trends across the market.
- Ability to lead a conversation with senior agency stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
