The
Media Trainee is part of Parfums Christian Dior Orient, based in Dubai, UAE.
Reporting into the Media Manager, the
Media Trainee role requires efficient communication across all the media markets as well as with agencies to implement an efficient strategy to remain #1 in the region.
YOUR MISSION ____________
As a
Media Trainee, your main mission will be to support the implementation of the Dior's media strategies regionally. The main focus will be coordinating with agencies to ensure that campaigns are set up on time. This involves close coordination with agencies to ensure timely campaign execution, with a primary focus on digital channels.
Your main assignments will be focused on:
DIGITAL (80%)
- Work closely with HQ Teams and the agencies to support on the advertising campaigns on paid social, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), display and video online, and ensuring that the project respects the requirements and timeline.
- Coordinate with the media agency to manage digital media and assist in creation and validation of content in line with brand guidelines and set deadlines.
- Responsible for timely launches of media campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with regional marketing teams to localize channel approach based on day-to-day market observations.
OFFLINE (20%)
- Assist in the delivery of assets to media agency and key suppliers.
- Liaise with media agency to ensure campaigns are launched in a timely manner.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Analyze the performance of the campaigns through KPIs and implement findings to future campaigns
- Media Reporting: Monitor and consolidate media reports and industry trend reports.
- Competition analysis of all the digital trends in the region and competitor activations.
- Completion of all POs and invoicing.
- Monthly memos and reports.
Profile
WHO YOU ARE _________ University or business school degree. First experience in media (client or agency) Strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders including HQ and Local Markets. English speaking is mandatory Excel Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment Creative, Meticulous, proactive, and resourceful Organized and attentive to details
