Role Overview
As a Medical B2B Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving Kilow's growth by establishing, managing, and nurturing B2B partnerships. Leveraging your medical or pharmaceutical background, you'll work to expand Kilow's network, forging alliances with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and corporate wellness programs. This role is vital to increasing Kilow's adoption in the healthcare and corporate sectors, positioning Kilow as the leading digital weight loss solution in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, target, and initiate outreach to potential B2B clients, including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, corporate wellness programs, and insurers.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, building trust and establishing Kilow as a valuable partner in obesity management and employee wellness.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and refine Kilow's B2B sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to Kilow's market penetration and revenue goals.
- Product Knowledge & Presentation: Utilize your medical or pharmaceutical expertise to communicate the clinical and lifestyle benefits of Kilow's offerings effectively to healthcare and corporate stakeholders.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with Kilow's pricing and value proposition.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for Kilow to enhance its B2B offerings.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and medical teams to align B2B efforts with Kilow's overall business objectives.
- Reporting & KPI Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, regularly reporting on KPIs, sales progress, and insights from client interactions.
Qualifications
- Medical or Pharmaceutical Background: Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field, with a strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical practices.
- Experience in Medical Sales: Proven track record in B2B sales within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or digital health industry, preferably with a focus on weight management, wellness, or similar fields.
- Network in Healthcare: Existing relationships within the healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia, including hospitals, clinics, insurers, and corporate wellness programs, is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of Weight Management: Knowledgeable about weight loss solutions, GLP-1 medications, or lifestyle interventions is preferred.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close contracts with high-value B2B clients.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage a pipeline to consistently achieve targets.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to convey Kilow's value proposition clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
