Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Case Manager at New Master-IMA in New Cairo. The case manager will be responsible for coordinating patient care. The role involves managing and monitoring patient progress and facilitating communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams. Additionally, responsible for the negotiation with the insurance company.

Qualifications

• Case Management, Care Coordination.
• Fluent English speaking in MUST and other languages is preferable.
• Strong communication, administration, and negotiation skills.
• Medical Background in MUST.
• Knowledge of the health insurance system.
• Previous experience in healthcare or case management is a plus.
• Must be resident in Luxor or Aswan.
