Handling enquires and sales- Answering all incoming calls
Explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information & education to clients
- Assisting with Logistics management i.e. receiving/dispatch etc.
Assisting Finance department with client payment collection- Creating and issuing clients discount forms if applicable
Making follow up calls on new/perspective/existing clients
- Ensure client details/status/notes are up to date
Sending out emails- Compiling daily enquiry reports
Lasing with Laboratory staff as well as Sales representatives
- Assisting Walk-in client at the Head Quarters office
Ensuring the maximum level of customer service is maintained at all times- Attention to details is fundamental to the position. Mistakes on the Cryodb will not be tolerated.
Initiatives and the ability to work independently is imperative as well as being a key team player
- Need to be proficient in excel
Handel emergency calls on the weekend when needed- Attend CellSave events as needed
