Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products.
  • Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products using effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
  • Provide product information and deliver product samples.
  • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits.
  • Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
  • Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence the targeted group in the decision-making process.
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for reporting and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest medical data.
  • Possess profound knowledge and experience in medical device design.
  • Oversee the function of biomedical technicians, especially in the installation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Provide biomedical equipment training to the concerned staff.
  • Evaluate biomedical equipment to assess safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the dermatology and aesthetic field.
  • Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and the latest medical issues.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is necessary.
