Job description
- Interacting with the insurance prospects and seeking correct and accurate information over video or tele conference
- Asking relevant medical questions for insurance policy issuance
- Collating and formulating the responses received from the prospects
- Interacting with the insurance companies on day-to-day basis
- Managing the records of the end-to-end interaction with the prospect and insurance companies
- Managing follow ups
- Evaluation of work completed
- Managing records of evaluations completed
- Interacting with the insurance companies on day-to-day basis
- Providing inputs for IT enhancements by completing tasks assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
- A valid MBBS degree (attested by MOFA or UAE embassy) is mandatory with 1-5yrs of experience in related field
- Good communication skills
- Should be able to ask valid reflexive questions
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Work well in stressful situations
- Work as per the shift timings
